QR Code Generator

v1.0.0: what's new

Turn a link, a WiFi password, a contact card, or several other things into a QR code, styled the way you want, exported the size you need.

No shortener, no redirect, no tracking. Most free QR generators quietly route your code through their own link-shortening service so they can log every scan, and some can change or kill the destination later, or start showing ads before redirecting. This tool encodes exactly what you type directly into the code, character for character. There's nothing in the middle. The code you generate today will scan exactly the same way in ten years, and nobody, including us, knows if or when it's ever scanned.
How this actually works

A QR code is just a pattern that stores text, nothing more. When you fill in a WiFi network, a contact card, or a calendar event below, this page builds the exact standard text format that phones already know how to read (the same formats used by every other QR tool), then draws it as a code using a well-established open-source library, all in this browser tab. No file or field you type ever gets sent anywhere. If you add a logo image, it stays on your device too; it's only drawn into the code image you download.
