v1.3.1: Bold, italic, color, "Copy to all pages," and "Remove" moved out of the floating box on the page and into a toolbar below it, so the box itself stays small and easy to grab even when it holds a lot of text. Click a box's ✦ handle, or click into its text, to select it and bring up that toolbar.
v1.3.0: Text boxes now have bold, italic, and color controls, plus a "Copy to all pages" button (also on image stamps) to repeat one on every page. The watermark got opacity and angle sliders alongside its size slider. Clicking a box's ✦ handle and pressing Delete or Backspace now removes it too. Rotating or deleting a page (single or bulk) can be undone with a new "Undo last action" button in the Pages tab.
v1.2.0: The watermark can now be dragged to any spot on the page and resized with a slider. Text boxes are now real multi-line text areas, so pressing Enter adds a new line instead of doing nothing, and both text boxes and image stamps got a drag-to-resize handle on their bottom-right corner.

Why not just use a paid PDF editor?
Most everyday PDF tasks (merging a few files, pulling out a page, filling in a form, adding a stamp) don't need a subscription. This tool covers those cases for free and never sends your file anywhere. What it deliberately doesn't do is rewrite existing text in place, since no browser tool can reliably do that without breaking the document's formatting, so it sticks to what it can do well.

Drag a page to reorder it, or check pages (individually, or by typing a range like "1-3, 5, 8-10" above) to rotate, delete, or export just that selection instead of the whole set. "Undo last action" covers rotating and deleting pages.
Selected box
Click "Add text" or "Add image", then click on the page where it should go. Drag a box's ✦ handle to reposition it (this also selects it, showing formatting controls below the page), drag its bottom-right corner to resize it, or press Enter inside a text box for a new line. With a box selected, press Delete or Backspace, or use the "Remove" button below, to take it off the page. The watermark can be dragged by its own small handle above the text, and sized, faded, or angled with the sliders further down.

Both show up live on the page preview above so you can check placement before exporting. The page number shown there reflects this page's position in the full set; exporting only a selection renumbers from 1.
